While we encourage Dua’a submissions in Arabic for authenticity, you can submit your prayers in any language. We constantly seek to expand our teams and provide the service in more langauges.
If we don’t offer the particular language at the time of your purchase, our team of Imams and Muftis will translate your dua’a to Arabic before reciting in Makkah or Madinah.
How can I track the progress of my Quran placement request?
We prioritize transparency. You'll receive updates on your request, including confirmation of receipt, placement in the designated mosque of our choice, and videos upon completion.
Who performs the Umrah Badl & Tawaf rituals?
Our network consists of pious and dedicated volunteers who understand the significance of these sacred acts of worship, in addition to our team of registered Muftis, Imams, Alims, and Hafeez E Quran. The Arkan team will perform your sponsored Umrah and Tawaf with devotion and commitment.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
